KFC launched Secret Recipe, a web-based promotion for North America, the Caribbean, and LATAM, inviting users to ‘confess’ a secret in exchange for gifts and special offers. Participants could record their confessions directly on the website, with their appearance obscured in the style of reality shows. The campaign was launched twice due to its success.
